Get involved in their daily chores as herding sheep and cattle, making dairy products for example yoghurt, cheese, clotted cream and cooking delicious meal of the day. Enjoy authentic local cuisine and drinks while playing a game of ankle bones or lending an ear to heartwarming stories.
Generally, staying two or three days at homestay is the most desired period of time to get the taste of the nomadic culture and you might be camping either in a ger next to a nomadic family or sharing the family ger – either of them will offer an intimate authentic family-stay experience. You are encouraged to bring small gifts or something practical for family kids as gift giving is customary in nomadic culture.
We do appreciate our clients for supporting nomadic families to stay in the countryside and maintain nomadic lifestyle.

The tours were well organised and we had a great time. Nyamka speaks excellent English and provides interesting cultural and historical information about Mongolia. Baaska is so sweet that threw a small surpise birthday party for us 🙂 Their tours are flexible and custom made. Highly recommended!!
