CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Should you wish to cancel your trip after confirming and paying for your booking, you must consider the following conditions:
– Cancellation 30 or more days before the trip: we refund 80% of the trip cost.
– Cancellation 10-29 days before the trip: we refund 50% of the trip cost.
– Cancellation within 9 days: non-refundable.

					  We had a great time with True Mongolia Travel. What I thought was going to be a standard day tour from UB was anything but! We visited the Chinggis Kahn... read more statue and after that we went to go horseback riding. There happened to be a local party going on and they invited us to drink and play games with them. We had a great time riding horses and they did a good job of introducing my friend to riding horses since it was his first time. The rest of the day went just as well visiting the National Park and the Nomadic Family. I highly recommend this company!

Me recogieron en la estación de tren de Ulan Bator y nos llevaron puntual y eficientemente al recorrido.... read more El precio era menor que otras compañías y me pidieron solo un 10% del precio por adelantado.Amables , eficaces y cumplidores.
